Caution 1. The initial password for the TSA lock is 000. Exchanges and refunds are not possible due to password settings errors or lost codes. A separate key is not provided.
2. The zipper without a loop on the inside bottom fabric of the carrier is a repair zipper used for after-sales service, not for customer use. This is considered normal and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
3. Due to the nature of manufactured goods, slight gaps, small bubbles, and fine scratches may occur on the surface. These are normal occurrences during the manufacturing process and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
4. The carrier trolley may wobble slightly to absorb shock. This is considered normal and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
5. Please use the semi-automatic handle within its intended use range. Be careful not to press it repeatedly at an excessive angle.
6. After-sales service requests can be submitted after confirming your order details.

8. Baggage handling regulations vary by airline. Checked baggage service may not be available at the boarding gate or additional fees may apply. Please confirm with your airline in advance before purchasing. Cancellations due to this reason are not accepted.
9. Once the product has be delivered, color or size changes are restricted in accordance with customs laws and regulations and related policies (Please review the product receipt procedure and important carefully.)
10. For the 20-inch carrier, the telescopic handle is designed with a two-stage frame. Due to the nature of multi-stage handles, please extend it fully to the top position before adjusting to the desired height. During initial use, both sides may rise unevenly, which is not a defect. Once fully extended to the top, both sides will align and adjust evenly.
11. To ensure water resistance and protect against debris, the upper and lower parts of the carrier frame are designed to overlap, with rubber sealing at each corner. However, continuous exposure to rain may still allow water to seep inside, so we recommend using a cover.

2. Exchanges and refunds are only available at the duty-free shop where the product was purchased. Eligible only if requested and returned within 7 days of receipt.
