In 1932 Sol Koffler founded the ‘American Tourister’ luggage company in Providence, Rhode Island. It has 80 years of history of making professional suitcase brands. In 1994, American Tourister was acquired by Samsonite and subsequently became the most popular durable luggage brand in the world. Sol Koffler’s goal of the company was to create good quality and durable luggage priced at only $1 dollar. The company quickly established a reputation by producing quality luggage at a reasonable price. The company continues to offer the best quality travel bag products such as luggage carriers, business bags, causal bags and backpacks at reasonable price to customers.
