BOUCHARD PERE & FILS

Brand details
Bouchard Pere & Fils is the oldest winery in Bourgogne, France, and is a prestigious winery with a castle that still displays the architectural style of the time when the Bourbons ruled the region. During the French Revolution that began in 1789 and thereafter, they continued to purchase vineyards and increase their ownership, and today, they are the largest landowner in Bourgogne, owning a whopping 130 hectares of vineyards in the Côte d'Or region, the heart of Bourgogne. Of these, 12 hectares are Grand Cru (top grade) vineyards and 74 hectares are Premier Cru (first grade). The winery is located in Beaune, the heart of Bourgogne, and has been producing many wines exclusively in this region, increasing its performance. They also continue to invest in the entire Bourgogne region, producing various wines under their own brand in the so-called Grand Bourgogne region, from Chablis up to Beaujolais down to the south.
