G-Shock (Gravitational Shock) is a brand of watches manufactured by Casio, which is designed to resist mechanical shocks and vibrations. They are primarily designed for sports, military and outdoor-oriented activities. G-SHOCK watches have a distinct style, and nearly all have some kind of stopwatch feature, countdown time, and light and water resistance.

Since 1983, G-Shock has been setting the standards in toughness. Shock-resistant construction stands up to dropping and other rough treatment plus 200m water resistance.

 As the case material, we used FINE resin with carbon fiber reinforced resin that is light yet high strength. It protects the modules placed inside by preventing damage or deformation due to impact. By making the button structure more shock-resistant, we realized a button ‘guardless’ exterior design without a button guard, and at the same time succeeded in enlarging it, improving user convenience. In terms of design, six bolts are placed on the front top bezel to express strength. It has been completed with a powerful design, including a three-dimensional dial, 3D function dial, and digital display arranged diagonally.

This is the main model responsible for G-SHOCK's next-generation standard. It is a tough yet slim model that combines shock-resistant structure and urban outdoor style.

    * When a watch is designed and manufactured to withstand up to 5 bar, such as accidental contact with splashes of water or rain, but it is not designed for wearing while swimming or diving. The absolute water resistance of a watch may not be permanently guaranteed. It may be affected by ageing of the gaskets, accidental impact on the crown or crystal and other external factors. Be sure to use the watch with the crown pressed in normal position. If your watch has a screw-type crown, be sure to tighten the crown completely to prevent moisture, water or dust penetrating in to the case.
