Repair Regulations
Free repairs are only available for self-defects within 30 days from the date of departure. In case of damage due to customer negligence, repairs are available for a fee regardless of the period. (However, repairs may not be possible depending on the type of repair).

 Products that cannot be repaired
A. If there are no repair parts available (e.g. in cases where more than one year has passed since the product release and the item has been discontinued or if any parts are missing)
B. Malfunction or damage due to customer abuse, misuse, or mishandle.

Exchange/Refund
Exchanges and refunds are not possible for natural discoloration due to customer negligence or the nature of the material.
Even if a product has been treated to prevent allergies, exchanges or refunds are not possible after use as allergic reactions may occur depending on the individual's skin condition.
