Even the product is under the valid warranty period it is not available for warranty and it may cost to get repair service.
* Montblanc Leather products are natural material that is sensitive to the effects of light, humidity and water. To keep your leather product in perfect condition and prevent the colour from fading, Montblanc recommends protecting it from prolonged exposure to high temperatures and direct sunlight.
* Contact with rain or water may cause stains or the leather part may cause deformations such as swelling. These cannot be repaired to fix.
* The glazed surface of leather products can split or be torn off due to moisture, foreign substances or constant/prolonged wear. This condition is not allegeable for warranty and Montblanc does not provide any glazing services. (Duty-Free Store does not deal with warranty service(s). Please visit to near Montblanc Store with a certificate of warranty.)
