    All Gentle Monster products ordered online are shipped after a basic fitting. However, horizontal misalignment may occur during shipping due to environmental and temperature changes.

After receiving your order, visit a Gentle Monster offline store (department store, shopping mall, or flagship store) to receive a free fitting service (horizontal adjustment) tailored to your face shape. (Excluding optical stores)
