· Products sold in accordance with the Duty-Free Act cannot be exchanged or refunded after receipt. Please carefully inspect the overall condition of the product (leather condition, dye condition, accessories, interior, etc.) when receiving the product. If there is a problem with the product, please immediately contact the pick-up area staff or the store.
· Please understand that COACH is not responsible for any damage after signing the exchange voucher.

◎ Leather Products
· Protect leather products from moisture (rain, water, sweat, etc.), oil, humidity, and direct sunlight. When wearing or putting it on, friction with other colored items may cause color transfer, so be especially careful when contacting clothing such as jeans.
· If exposed to rain or water, wipe off any moisture immediately to minimize damage.
· Minor scratches or stains on the surface of natural leather are not defects but evidence of the use of natural materials.
· Due to the nature of the material, product may wear out or the color may fade over time with use, but this does not affect the durability of the product.
· Light-colored materials may be stained by dark-colored objects, so use with caution.

◎ Synthetic Leather (PVC) Products
· The material may crack with use, but this is a characteristic of the synthetic material and does not affect the durability of the product.
· Avoid exposure to moisture and heat, as they are sensitive to these factors.

◎ Patent Leather Products
· Color transfer or cracking may occur with use, but this is a characteristic of the patent material and does not affect the durability of the product.
· Including all of the above cases, damage to leather materials such as wear and tear or color transfer due to use cannot be restored to their original condition.

◎ Scarves, Belts, and Accessories
· Please note that scarves, belts, and accessories are not eligible for after-sales service.

※ After-sales service is limited to stitching, zippers, and glazing. Repairs that may result in product deformation are not available (e.g., plating, dyeing, dry cleaning, etc.).
· Product damage or deformation caused by customer negligence is not eligible for repair or compensation. (e.g., product damage, leather scratches, color transfer, and improper washing.)
· Due to the nature of the material, wear, cracking, and discoloration may occur due to use.
Quality Assurance Standard If a defect is found in the product within 1 year from the date of purchase, free repairs will be provided.

    Pickup

    - When you pick up the product, check and inspect the product''s general condition(leather condition, dyeing, subsidiary materials, interior products, etc.). Please be advised that after signing on the document, we will not be responsible for the product. 

    - Due to properties of duty free goods, exchange for other goods is not available.

    - Only if it is within 30 days from purchase and unused, returning goods that are less than $800 is available (Must the Tags and packages be undamaged)

    – 1. Exchanges or Refunds on items exceeding US$800 must go through an international mailing service OR be declared and entrusted to customs when entering Korea. * After removing tags, we don’t accept any exchange/refund.

    (※ We can accept cancel/exchange for defected product. However, please be aware that there may be some delays due to the properties of dutyfree shop. Exchange is available on the same product; order may be canceled depending on the inventory.

  • Purchase and exemption limit
    - There is no purchase limit for foreigners leaving Korea.

    - When entering Korea, if you exceed the allowable duty-free limit of travel, you must pay the tax after voluntarily declaring to customs.
