[Precautions when handling a watch]
- Avoid contact with water. Fashion watches are only water-resistant for everyday use, and may be discolored by external environments such as excessive temperature changes, cosmetics, and perfume.
- For products with crystal stones set, the crystals may fall off due to moisture/sweat/perfume/cosmetics, etc.
- Magnetic openings and closures of computers, mobile phones, handbags, etc., and magnetic bracelets can cause time errors and malfunction of the watch, and can shorten the battery life of the watch.
- Since a watch is made up of many small, sophisticated parts, it can be vulnerable to external shocks. Be careful as strong collisions, dropping, etc. may cause damage to the product.
- Watch bands are consumables, so repairs are not possible, and band replacement is not available for all watch products.
  Consumable parts: watch strap (leather, metal), watch case, glass, crown, buckle, number plate, etc.
- Since the lifespan of the battery is based on the time of manufacture, not the date of purchase, the watch may stop even immediately after purchase. This is not a manufacturing defect or malfunction, and free battery replacement is possible only once within the warranty period.
- Exchanges and refunds are not possible if there are scratches or the band has been adjusted before delivery, let alone when worn.

Products purchased from Swarovski official retailers (including online) are warranted for 1 year (2 years for watches & sunglasses, 3 years for Swarovski Created Diamonds).
Product repair and warranty are not available in the following cases:
1. If the purchase history is not confirmed by the warranty, purchase receipt, or SWAROVSKI CLUB membership issued by the Swarovski official retailer (including online).
2. If the purchase was not made through the official Swarovski distribution channel, such as parallel imports or purchasing agents.
3. If repairs or modifications are attempted by other people or private companies (third parties) other than the official service center.
4. If the product fails, breaks, or is deformed due to user misuse or negligence, or if the product cannot be restored to its original condition due to natural discoloration, wear, corrosion, or scratches caused by long-term use despite normal wear. (No re-plating)
5. If the spare parts are discontinued or the parts holding period has ended.

This innovative timepiece is a one-of-a-kind creation that combines signature design with mastery of light. Crafted with genuine savoir-faire, the watch is inspired by the Matrix jewelry family and features a 13 x 18 mm case in stainless steel. The bezel is presented in the House's signature octagon shape and is set with a stunning mix of 78 round and fancy cut crystals and Swarovski Zirconia. This provides a radiant frame for the minimalist sunray dial, which elegantly displays three crystal hour markers and a swan logo. A single crystal is also placed within the crown, while around the wrist, the luxury is heightened further by an adjustable mesh bracelet.     <Cautions for treating Fashion Jewelries> 

    - Crystal and metal are weak to humidity. It could discolor or make the crystal to fall out when exposed to water, humidity, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, and excessive change of temperature. Do not get it directly in contact with water. This will not only harm the product but shorten the life of plated products and discolor them, making them lose their radiance.

    - The metal and crystal could get scratched when hit or touched by hard objects which could even cause it loose its radiance. Also, depending on the clothes you wear, it could leave damage on the product.

    - To prevent the products getting scratches, store the product in its care or soft pouch.

    - Wipe the product frequently with soft cloth to maintain its radiance.

    - Wear jewelry after you wear all the clothes. Take off jewelry before taking off any other clothes.

    - Keep the crystal away from water.

    - Keep it away from any hard objects that could leave scratches on the item.

    - Wipe the product with soft cloths or wash it with warm water. (do not dip it into the water)
