-Bali leather products are naturally dyed and are not waterproof or processed. Therefore, avoid exposure to moisture, rain, water, sweat, oil, moisture (high humidity in summer, etc.), and direct sunlight.
-Bali leather products use natural leather, so any scratches or stains that may appear on the surface of the material are not defects but evidence showing that natural materials were used.
-Due to the nature of the material, the material may wear out or the color may peel off with use, and this has nothing to do with the durability of the product.
-Decoration or parts attached to the product may fall off depending on the degree of use, but this can be repaired.

1. Be sure to store leather products in a well-ventilated, shady place. Avoid storage in closed spaces, especially places where ventilation is not possible and absolute temperatures are high, such as closets or drawers. Caution: Keep away from moisture removers.
2. Be careful not to expose to rain or moisture. BALLY's leather products are naturally dyed, and are waterproof, or processed. Avoid exposure to rain, water, sweat, oil, moisture, and direct sunlight. Caution: If it comes into contact with rain or water, immediately wipe off the moisture and dry the product in a well-ventilated, shady place to minimize damage.
3. For suede, nubuck, printed materials, and light-colored fabrics, please note that due to the nature of the material, discoloration may occur, and color transfer can happen when in contact with other items.
4. Patent leather products may develop cracks during use, which is a characteristic of patent leather and not related to the durability of the product. Caution: Avoid friction with dark-colored items, as it may cause color transfer onto patent leather.
5. Canvas products: Bally canvas items are not washable. They may show wear with use, which is a natural feature of fabric and does not affect product durability. For products with natural leather trims, be aware that exposure to moisture may cause the leather dye to transfer onto the fabric.

※ Due to the nature of the brand that uses natural leather for BALLY products, there may be slight scratches on the leather itself and the dye may look slightly different depending on the viewing angle, but please understand that this is not a defect in the product, so exchanges or returns due to this are not possible.
