- BALLY's leather products use natural leather, so any scratches or stains that may appear on the surface of the material are not defects but evidence of the use of natural materials. Wrinkles in the leather are a natural phenomenon that occurs with natural leather. Please understand that this is not a defect and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Due to the nature of the material, wear and tear or discoloration may occur with use, but this has nothing to do with the durability of the product.
- Decorations or parts attached to the product may fall off depending on the extent of use, and these can be repaired.
