◎ When requesting A/S, be sure to bring the warranty card. Depending on the presence or absence of the warranty, receipt and processing may not be possible or there may be a difference in repair cost.
◎ Exchanges and refunds are not possible after product damage, band adjustment, or wearing of the product due to the customer's negligence.
◎All products with white and light colors have a high possibility of color transfer, so please avoid products that transfer color when worn (jeans, dyed products, etc.). A/S is not possible for the dyed part because it is not a defective product.

 If "WATER RESISTANT" is inscribed on your watch, the watch is designed and manufactured to withstand up to 5 bar, such as accidental contact with splashes of water or rain, but it is not designed for wearing while swimming, diving or having a shower. However, the absolute water resistance of a watch may not be permanently guaranteed. It may be affected by ageing of the gaskets, accidental impact on the crown or crystal and other external factors. Therefore, be sure to use the watch with the crown pressed in normal position to avoid water goes into the watch.
