Caution	1. Discoloration, contamination or skin trouble may occur when natural leather comes into contact with water or chemicals (perfume, cosmetics, etc.). 2. When metal band is worn for a long period of time, dark water may ooze due to the sweat and dust piled between joints. 3. Avoid wearing the watch when taking vigorous physical exercises for example, playing golf, tennis, baseball or when hammering, etc. Otherwise time error and damages may occur. 4. Avoid keeping the watch in places with excessively high or low temperature(humidity), otherwise damages may occur, and the life of battery may be shortened. 5. Avoid having it come in contact with water and be cautious when you wash your hands and on rainy days. Otherwise the watch may suffer inflow of water. (The instant pressure of tap water is above 5ATM and therefore water may permeate through the stem, case back, etc.) 6. For white and light-colored stainless steel / leather bands and rubber bands, contamination may occur due to clothes even within a short period of time. (If it comes in contact with water, perfumes and cosmetics, discolorations, contaminations and skin allergies may occur) Special attention is needed. 7. When wearing stainless steel band, dark water may ooze due to the sweat and dust piled between joints. (It is recommended to clean once a year) 8. Special attention is required as high temperature, soaps, cosmetics, sweat, salt and other factors may lead to fading and discoloration. 9. Wipe with a soft cloth when contaminated. If you leave the watch under direct sunlight for a long period time, it may deform. 10. Extra chains are not provided for stainless steel and leather bands. You only can receive an exchange of the entire band.

Please visit the corresponding department stores or duty-free stores written on the guide book to receive after sales service. Please bring the warranty card with the item to request for the service or receive it for free(only for size adjustment).

★ Please note that you will be able to find stores that provide after sales services in your guide book enclosed with the warranty card.

Requesting an after sales will not be accepted except for those stores. In addition, please bring the warranty card with you when you visit stores.

If you are not able to make a visit to stores, please contact the customer center to request it via courier.

★As battery life is depending on the manufacturing date, the batteries can be easily discharged. This is not regarded as a product defect, and batteries can be replaced , free of charge within warranty period. Please bring the warranty card when you make a visit to the store where you purchased the item or officially designated customer service center.

Repair service for the items that have exceeded the warranty period will normally take 3 to 4 weeks, and the period may differ depending on the situation. It may take longer than 3 months depending on the existence and nonexistence of the consumables.

- 1.Carry-on instructions may differ depending on the flight information, so please check in advance.
- 2.Please confirm the airport and delivery point before receiving the product.
- 3.Please check the regulations on exchanging duty-free items and returns.

Exchange · Returns

On duty free shop products exchange/return notes
- 1.Please contact us within 30 days after receipt of the goods if you want to return the goods. If the exchange/return is due to your mind change, it has to be unopened.
  - - Depending on the content of the product and the state of the product, it may be impossible to be returned. If the item is lost/damaged by the customer, refund/exchange is not possible.
  - -Customers will be responsible for return shipping/exchange shipping fee(return or retransmission) due to customer's convenience.
- 2.If the product is different from the content you purchased, you can apply for returns within 3 months from receipt.
  - - In case of replacement due to product quality issue, international postage will be paid by The Shilla.
- 3.We will proceed with exchange/return of goods based on customs law.
  - - If you wish to return, we will process the goods when you come back to Korea or international mail from overseas.
    If the total price of goods you want returned is more than $ 800, you must declare it to the customs. Otherwise, we cannot exchange or return goods.
    Declaration is unnecessary when the carrying item does not exceed $ 800.

Cancellation/Exchange Application Information
- 1. Online application: You can apply directly on the [Customer Center]>[1:1 Inquiry] page.

When not accepting goods at departure
- 1. If you do not receive the purchased item for your personal reasons, please contact the customer center. We will gladly process your return.
- 2. If you do not visit on the departure day, we cancel your order within 10 days.
- 3. We will refund within 15 days to your account used at the time of payment after canceling order.

Cancel

1. When returning for your personal reasons, please refer to the explanation below.
- - You can cancel the order directly on My Shilla page before shipping items.
- - After shipping the product, please contact the customer center, or if you post to the customer center>1:1 inquiry page, we will process it.
2. Please note that it may take some time for you to cancel from reception. Cancellation received outside office hours can take up to 24 hours
3. After canceling, points you used for purchase will be refunded. (Except points with the valid period expires) Events and campaigns you participate will be revoked.
4. Please note that you cannot restore the order cancellation after canceling it.
5. If you receive your order again after canceling, please confirm before because there will be a change in the price due to the discount rate of the product, the exchange rate, stocks of goods and gratuities may be insufficient.

After-sales service

1. A/S service will be held at the Shilla Duty Free Shop head office (Seoul store).
- - When visiting the Seoul store of The Shilla Duty Free Shop by A/S service, please carry a voucher or passport.

Note when purchasing duty free items

Purchase and exemption limit

- There is no purchase limit for foreigners leaving Korea.
Bringing duty-free items to Korea

- When entering Korea, if you exceed the allowable duty-free limit of travel, you must pay the tax after voluntarily declaring to customs.
-　If not declared voluntarily, additional tax may be levied or subject to penalties under the customs law.
-　When entering Korea by carrying duty-free items, the total amount of duty-free purchase is up to $ 600.
Exchange/refund

- You can request an exchange refund via international mail directly from overseas. If you enter Korea with more than $ 600 of duty-free goods, you will be entitled to an exchange refund only by declaring your goods at the customs office.
Guides on the tax amount

- When the goods are imported exceeding the exemption range, the estimated tax amount can be checked through "Customs tax website" (www.customs.go.kr) with "Estimation of estimated tax amount".
