Repairs Service

* Goods for Customer Repair Service Anything that occurred within a year of the date of purchase will be repaired free of charge. However, for product under out of warranty period or is damaged due to the customer’s carelessness will charge for its repair/warranty service(s). Please be advised that such as stitches problems for bags and wallet can be fixed for free but leather products are not acceptable for any services. For 50% or more discounted products, the warranty service is only offered on customer expense. Additionally, if parts of a product are not available anymore then it will be replaced with similar parts. * Free Customer Warranty Service Period Bag, Wallet, Watch(Watch Battery Replacement) ? 1 year * Goods to be excluded from a free customer service or goods impossible to be put into service. - Jewelry, Shoes, Key Chain, Scarf, Jelly material - For leather products, worn damage, discoloration, and tears caused by customer carelessness are not acceptable for warranty services. - If the parts are needed to be exchanged, the consumable parts are replaceable then it can be repaired with extra charge. (If parts are lost, it may be difficult to get the service.)
