Directions Apply on clean, oil-free eyelids before using mascara. Starting from the outer corner of the eye, draw a line along the eyelid, then from the inner to the outer corner. For larger eyes, GREEN a very precise line from the inside of the eye, then gradually draw it thicker outward. For long-looking eyes, draw a line up to the bottom line and then extend it to the outer corner. To draw a precise line, hold the eyeliner vertically and gradually lay it horizontally to draw a thicker line.
