Quality Assurance Standard TAG HEUER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED WARRANTY
As part of its Limited International Warranty, TAG Heuer will repair, free of charge, any malfunction of your watch resulting from a manufacturing defect. Your TAG Heuer watch is covered by the Limited International Warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase.

If the nature of the repair falls outside the terms of the warranty, a charge for the repair will be incurred. We will endeavor to notify you of any such charge prior to undertaking any work.

TAG HEUER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED WARRANTY EXTENSION
The duration of our Limited International Warranty can be extended on a selection of TAG Heuer watches purchased from April 1, 2020 up to June 16th, 2025 in one of our official points of sale and equipped with a Manufacture movement from the following list: Heuer 02, Heuer 02T, TH 20, TH 30, TH 31, TH 50 and TH81.
The duration of our Limited International Warranty can be extended on all TAG Heuer watches except Connected Watched purchased from June 17th, 2025 in one of our official points of sale.

To do so, we invite you to create an account or log in to your MyTAGHeuer online account, then register your watch. You will then receive a free three-year warranty extension if your model meets the eligibility conditions described above.
The conditions of this extension are the same as those of the International Limited Warranty.

Battery Replacement
If the battery of purchased quartz product is depleted within 2 years of the purchase date, the product is eligible for a battery replacement at no additional cost

Important Notes
The warranty card is enclosed at the very back of the product quality instruction manual.
To avail yourself of international after-sales service, presentation of the warranty certificate is essential.
Please be advised that warranty cards and authentication cards cannot be reissued if lost or misplaced.
Please note that if repairs have already been performed by any unauthorized service center, the watch will no longer be covered by the warranty.
Please note A/S can only be provided through domestic TAG Heuer boutiques due to customs laws. For A/S inquiries, please call the store where the purchase is made for detailed procedure guidance.

Note

    •  Gift wrapping and shopping bags are not provided for purchases at TAG Heuer duty-free stores.
      • Products with special discount may include displayed items.

      • If the purchased product is unopened and in its original condition, it can be exchanged or refunded within 15 days from the pick-up date (customs declaration is required). 
      • Products determined to have problems due to customer negligence are not grounds for exchange, refund, or return. 
      •  In the case of leather products, slight bending may occur due to packaging, but this is not considered as a defect and cannot be taken as a reason for exchange. 
      • Watches with bracelet links that have been removed or that have been worn are not eligible for exchange or refund. 
      • For purchases made via online DF store, bracelet adjustment can only be done at a TAG Heuer store in the country of entry or at a TAG Heuer store in Korea after returning to Korea. 
      • Please note that exchanges and refunds are not eligible for the watches with the issues arising from failure to check the product at the pick-up location, regardless of whether the product has been worn.
