Caution 1. As sunglasses are fragile, which can be broken or get damaged during delivery, please check the condition of an item at the Pick-Up Counter and notify to the staff at the Pick-Up Counter if you find any kind of product defect(s).
2. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight for a long time or to a place with high temperature and humidity as it may cause shape deformation of frame or cause the coating layer of lenses to be peeled off. Keep the item in a cool place.
3. Please note that exposure to cosmetics, hair products, sea water, sweat may cause discoloration of the frame.
4 .Please use cleaning product that is produced only for eye glasses or clean water to avoid scratches and wipe with a soft cloth.
5. Please do not wear the sunglasses on your head (as a hair band) as it might separate the glasses from the frame or the frame might become loosened.
6. Please note that A/S may not be available if you change the lenses to prescription lenses.
Quality Assurance Standard 1. Warranty period is 6 months.
2. Repairs will be provided free of charge within the warranty period, however any damages caused by customer’s mishandling will be charged.
3. Customers may be charged for repairs depending on the product condition.

    2. Exchange/refund can be processed only if it is inquired after the product defect is identified before departure.

    1. Inquire repairs via either Optical W customer service center (tel. 070.7704.0579) or Optical W homepage message board.
    2. You must bring the warranty certificate for repairs, and period of warranty is 6 months.
    3. A/S due to mishandling or mistakes, or usage of the customers may be provided at a cost including repair cost, shipping fee, etc.
    4. Basically, repairs during period of warranty are free of charge but expenses may be demanded depending on the condition of the product.
