◎ Scarves, belts and accessory products
· The scarf is 100% silk.
· Please note that there is no separate A/S available for scarves, belts, and accessory products.

※ A/S is only available for ‘stitching, zippers, and glazing’, and A/S that is expected to result in product deformation is not possible (e.g. plating, dyeing, dry cleaning, etc.).
· Product damage or deformation due to the consumer's carelessness will not be repaired or compensated for (e.g. product damage, leather fraying, discoloration, careless washing).
· If the hangtag is lost, A/S is not possible.
· Please bring your warranty card with you when performing A/S. In case of loss, you can search using the buyer's passport number.
Quality Assurance Standard All repair work is available only with a warranty statement and repair for products that are less than 12 months from date of purchase will be free of charge. Repairs of products past than 12 months from the date of purchase will be charged.

    Pickup

    - When you pick up the product, check and inspect the product''s general condition(leather condition, dyeing, subsidiary materials, interior products, etc.). Please be advised that after signing on the document, we will not be responsible for the product. 

    - Due to properties of duty free goods, exchange for other goods is not available.

    - Only if it is within 30 days from purchase and unused, returning goods that are less than $800 is available (Must the Tags and packages be undamaged)

    – 1. Exchanges or Refunds on items exceeding US$800 must go through an international mailing service OR be declared and entrusted to customs when entering Korea. * After removing tags, we don’t accept any exchange/refund.

    (※ We can accept cancel/exchange for defected product. However, please be aware that there may be some delays due to the properties of dutyfree shop. Exchange is available on the same product; order may be canceled depending on the inventory.

  • Purchase and exemption limit
    - There is no purchase limit for foreigners leaving Korea.
  • Bringing duty-free items to Korea
    - When entering Korea, if you exceed the allowable duty-free limit of travel, you must pay the tax after voluntarily declaring to customs.
