01 Terms of using duty free
All customers with confirmed departure to overseas may use The Shilla Duty Free. Please carry your passport and e-ticket with the departure information.
02 Limit of purchasing duty free
Please be assured to comply with the customer's customs law. It is illegal to purchase duty free goods for or on someone else's behalf under the customs law, and the breach of the law may lead to the punishment of both the carrier and the client.

- The Shilla Duty Free Membership is the Online/Offline Integrated Membership.
- The membership level is selected based on the purchase amount (membership discount and coupon application amount) completed within a certain period of time, and 1P required for level selection is accumulated when purchasing $1.
* However, for sales purchased with a group number, level points are calculated according to a separate standard. - If the membership level maintenance standards are not met, the level may be degraded, and the point accumulation rate and benefits for each level may change according to our policy.
* ex. Purchases of $6,000 in net sales in the last two years can be upgraded to Diamond level with 6,000P. - Plus Mileage, offered as benefits by levels, can be used on online purchases of $200 or more.
