Caution	Please read the precautions prior to use, as customers are responsible for damages caused by their mishandling, while not being aware of the followings. 1. Please note that products made of Emu is not washable. When contaminated, it is recommended to use Emu cleaner or request for professional leather cleaning service. 2. Due to the characteristics of the material, it is vulnerable to rain, snow, and moisture. When the item is wet, discoloration, pigment transfer, leather damage may occur. Please note that the outer material may become harden and may easily contaminated as the leather is vulnerable to external contaminants when it is wet. 3. Special care is required when the shoes is exposed to calcium chloride flakes (used for snow removal), as hardening effects may occur. Please note that it will not be regarded as a product defect. 4. Please note that wearing a shoe size smaller than you actually need might cause damage to leather or a defective stitch. Please wear shoes that fit your size. 5. Please note that physical impact or outer force from sharp objects may cause damage to the leather. 6. Remove dust on the surface of the product with a soft brush. Avoid using rubber erasers or general cleaners as using such items may cause small scratches on the surface of the product. 7. Please note that due to the characteristics of the natural wool, you may respond differently about the product materials such as the texture of leather or material (fur), volume, and losses in fur, which may differ depending on the condition of the wool. 8. Caution is required as stains may take place from coffee, beverages, oils, all types of foods, and others. When in contact with oils, leather deformations or the bottom of the shoe sole may melt. Avoid wearing in oily areas and exposing to direct sunlight and flammables. 9. When drying or keeping the shoes for long periods of time, avoid direct sunlight & heat and store the item in well-ventilated and shaded areas. Please note that compensation for moldy product and product defects such as discoloration, deformation, and etc. caused by customer’s mishandlings are not available. 10. Special attention is required when walking on slippery roads exposed to snow, rain and other moistures as there are risks of accidents. 11. Please note that pigment transfer may occur when you wear dark colored (black, etc.) shoes for the first time.
Quality Assurance Standard	"It is in compliance with the related laws and consumers dispute settlement regulations. / Within 6 months from the date of purchase. 1. As products are duty-free items under the Customs Act., exchanges for the product of the same value or a different color/ size will not be available. 2. Please note that due to the characteristic of imported products repairs will not be made if subsidiary materials are fallen from products (or lost) 3. On purchasing duty-free products
- 1.Carry-on instructions may differ depending on the flight information, so please check in advance.
- 2.Please confirm the airport and delivery point before receiving the product.
- 3.Please check the regulations on exchanging duty-free items and returns.

Exchange · Returns

On duty free shop products exchange/return notes
- 1.Please contact us within 30 days after receipt of the goods if you want to return the goods. If the exchange/return is due to your mind change, it has to be unopened.
  - - Depending on the content of the product and the state of the product, it may be impossible to be returned. If the item is lost/damaged by the customer, refund/exchange is not possible.
  - -Customers will be responsible for return shipping/exchange shipping fee(return or retransmission) due to customer's convenience.
- 2.If the product is different from the content you purchased, you can apply for returns within 3 months from receipt.
  - - In case of replacement due to product quality issue, international postage will be paid by The Shilla.
- 3.We will proceed with exchange/return of goods based on customs law.
  - - If you wish to return, we will process the goods when you come back to Korea or international mail from overseas.
    If the total price of goods you want returned is more than $ 800, you must declare it to the customs. Otherwise, we cannot exchange or return goods.
    Declaration is unnecessary when the carrying item does not exceed $ 800.

Cancellation/Exchange Application Information
- 1. Online application: You can apply directly on the [Customer Center]>[1:1 Inquiry] page.

When not accepting goods at departure
- 1. If you do not receive the purchased item for your personal reasons, please contact the customer center. We will gladly process your return.
- 2. If you do not visit on the departure day, we cancel your order within 10 days.
- 3. We will refund within 15 days to your account used at the time of payment after canceling order.

Cancel

1. When returning for your personal reasons, please refer to the explanation below.
- - You can cancel the order directly on My Shilla page before shipping items.
- - After shipping the product, please contact the customer center, or if you post to the customer center>1:1 inquiry page, we will process it.
2. Please note that it may take some time for you to cancel from reception. Cancellation received outside office hours can take up to 24 hours
3. After canceling, points you used for purchase will be refunded. (Except points with the valid period expires) Events and campaigns you participate will be revoked.
4. Please note that you cannot restore the order cancellation after canceling it.
5. If you receive your order again after canceling, please confirm before because there will be a change in the price due to the discount rate of the product, the exchange rate, stocks of goods and gratuities may be insufficient.

1. A/S service will be held at the Shilla Duty Free Shop head office (Seoul store).
- - When visiting the Seoul store of The Shilla Duty Free Shop by A/S service, please carry a voucher or passport.

Note when purchasing duty free items

Purchase and exemption limit

- There is no purchase limit for foreigners leaving Korea.
Bringing duty-free items to Korea

- When entering Korea, if you exceed the allowable duty-free limit of travel, you must pay the tax after voluntarily declaring to customs.
-　If not declared voluntarily, additional tax may be levied or subject to penalties under the customs law.
-　When entering Korea by carrying duty-free items, the total amount of duty-free purchase is up to $ 600.
Exchange/refund

- You can request an exchange refund via international mail directly from overseas. If you enter Korea with more than $ 600 of duty-free goods, you will be entitled to an exchange refund only by declaring your goods at the customs office.
Guides on the tax amount

- When the goods are imported exceeding the exemption range, the estimated tax amount can be checked through "Customs tax website" (www.customs.go.kr) with "Estimation of estimated tax amount".
