- Parallel import is not a method of importing through an exclusive contract with a brand, but a method of legally securing genuine products of the brand and importing and distributing them into Korea.
- Parallel import products are sold at a reasonable price through cost savings required for brand value-added services such as royalty payment, store operation, and brand official after-sales service.
- However, since parallel import products have different import routes, quality assurance and A/S policies operated by brand official stores such as department stores do not apply.
■ A/S information
- Free A/S is available only for product defects that occur within 6 months from the delivery date, and A/S due to user request or negligence is excluded.
- When contacting the customer center for A/S, it is necessary to confirm the purchase details (exchange order/receipt number, etc.).
- For parallel imported products, A/S is difficult through the official brand A/S center regardless of whether or not there is a brand warranty.
- Repairs are carried out through professional repair companies affiliated with The Shilla Duty Free Shop, and the following conditions are not product defects, and therefore exchange, refund, and free repair due to those reasons may be limited.
> Wrinkles and leather texture caused by the unique characteristics of leather
> Fine scratches that may occur during product movement
> Deformation of packaging and damage to packaging materials that may occur during parallel import product inspection.
> If stitching or finishing is not uniform for each product due to manual work
> If it is accompanied by accessory replacement, leather product length adjustment, design change, etc.
※ The Shilla Duty Free Shop is conducting a secondary inspection for all parallel imported products.
※ Some products are hand-made, so all products may not be the same as industrial products.
■ Precautions
- As soon as you receive the product, please be sure to check the overall product condition (leather condition, dyeing condition, subsidiary materials, product interior, etc.).
If there is a problem with the product, please contact the pick-up area staff or customer center.
- The brand's products do not include dust bags and warranty certificates, and brand boxes, shopping bags, and gift packaging are not provided.
