• 2. Depending on the benefit condition, the final payment amount of The Shilla Online Duty Free Shop and The Shilla Duty Free Offline Shop may be different.
• 3. By customs laws and related notices, we can not exchange goods after receipt of duty-free goods.
• 4. After the order is submitted, the order may be cancelled due to problems with the product or the order.
• 5. After product receipt, if there is a problem with the product, please contact the Customer service directly.
• 6. If you can not receive the item ordered by customer's circumstances We will cancel the order within 10 days from departure date. After canceling your order, we will return the full amount refund within 15 days to the customer's account used at the time of payment.

How to write reviews

• Your review is highly appreciated.
• 1. You can earn Stars by writing reviews after picking up your products. (Stars vary depending on the membership level. Up to 10 times per month)
• 2. You need to write product review within a year from your pick up date to earn Stars.
• 3. Your reviews could be deleted and earned Stars could be canceled at the manager’s discretion if it is found to be irrelevant.
• 4. Once your product review is hidden by the manager’s discretion, it will not be redeemed.

Product delivery information

• Products purchased at the Online Duty Free Shop are not delivered to the member's home, and must be received at the designated bonded area (Airport and Busan Port).
• The Shilla Duty Free Shop does not deliver to home, not deliver at the time of returning home country etc, so please be forewarned. Duty free items can be purchased only by customers departing to overseas. You can receive it yourself at departure airport/port. On the day of departure in Korea, you bring aexchanges voucher, passport, boarding pass, and the purchaser him / herself accepts the products at the pickup counter. When receiving products, you can always confirm the product name and quantity and sign it before you can receive it. It's impossible refund or exchange products after departure. If the passport number, English name, or other departure information is incorrect, it is not allowed to pick up the products. If the exchanges voucher can not be printed, please enter the order number with your passport.

Cancel

• 1. When returning for your personal reasons, please refer to the explanation below.
  • - You can cancel the order directly on My Shilla page before shipping items.
  • - After shipping the product, please contact the customer center, or if you post to the customer center>1:1 inquiry page, we will process it.
• 2. Please note that it may take some time for you to cancel from reception. Cancellation received outside office hours can take up to 24 hours
• 3. After canceling, points you used for purchase will be refunded. (Except points with the valid period expires) Events and campaigns you participate will be revoked.
• 4. Please note that you cannot restore the order cancellation after canceling it.
• 5. If you receive your order again after canceling, please confirm before because there will be a change in the price due to the discount rate of the product, the exchange rate, stocks of goods and gratuities may be insufficient.

After-sales service

• 1. A/S service will be held at the Shilla Duty Free Shop head office (Seoul store).
