Caution * In case of mechanical watch, you need to wear it for more than 8 hours per day as the energy created by arm movements is delivered to the clockwork. If you do not wear it for 8 hours per day, at least, it could become a cause for inaccurate time. If the clock stopped, turn the stem of the watch upwards and shake it lightly (15~20times) to create enough power to make the clock work again. Be well aware of the inaccuracy of mechanical watches' functions, as unlike the quartz clocks, which are timed accurately through the power gained from the battery, mechanical watches are much more inaccurate due to the stem-winding and other characteristic features of mechanical watch. Generally, an allowable error for the mechanical watch per day is from -5 seconds to +20 seconds. Even the watches certified by the Chronometer makes error of -4 seconds to +6 seconds. The product should also kept away from direct contact with water as it's only water resistant. Mechanical watches are also weak to magnetic fields, so it needs to be kept away from electronic products such as mobile phones, PMP, MP3, and etc. Mechanical watches are also weak to shocks and external impacts. It needs to be checked periodically (approx. once in every 3 years) from the designated A/S Center.

1. Take caution when using the product as it could get discolored or irritate the skin if the watch band and the watch it self are contaminated by cosmetic, sweat, or any other moist. If you experience allergic reaction while wearing steel or metal made watches, immediately stop from wearing it.
2. Depending on the water pressure, the inner side of the clock could get humid, even if the watch is water resistant. Pay special attention to making contact with water during washing hands, or etc.
3. Depending on the storage condition, gold and rose gold plated products could get discolored. (Plated products get oxidized due to the copper component.)
4. Watch parts are weak to shock. Do not drop the watch.
5. Watch parts are weak to magnetic fields. DO not keep it near electronic products with strong magnetic fields.
6. Inquire to the store of purchase about the possibility of band adjustment before purchasing.
7. Due to the characteristic of the product case, a cushion will be inserted in the middle of the band. In case of leather strap, wrinkles could get created, but this cannot be a reason for refund or cancellation of the order.

    Refunds or returns are available within 30 days from the date you pick up the item, and only when you did not use the item, or remove the transparent pakaging.

    Refunds or returns are not available in case you wear the item or adjusted the band before you pick up the item.

     

    *How long will A/S take?

    It usually takes about 3 to 4 weeks when repairs in Korea, and may takes longer depending on the product condition. Please note that due to the characteristics of the imported items, it may takes more that 3 months depending on the existence and nonexistence of the materials.
