※ Storing the watch on places with high or low temperature and high humidity, the watch could break down or shorten the life span of the battery.
※ Do not let water directly contact the watch. Take caution in rainy day and when you wash your hands. (water pressure of tap water goes over 5Bar, causing the water to leak into the case and stem.)
※ Take caution when you wear watch with white or bright colored stainless steel / leather band or rubber band as it easily gets stained by dark colored clothes. (The product could discolor and get contaminated with contacted with water, perfume, lotion, or other chemical substances. It could cause skin irritation.)
※ Dark moist might come out from the Stainless Steel Band due to the sweat and dust stuck in between the band. (Recommended to wash it once a year)
※ Take caution as the product could get discolored or bleached when in contact with excessive heat, soap, cosmetic, sweat, salt, etc.
※ Use soft cotton cloth to wipe the watch when its stained with foreign materials. Leaving it under direct sunlight for a long time could cause spoil the product.
※ Extra hook is not available for Stainless Steel / Leather band . You have to change the entire band.

    Please visit the corresponding department stores or duty-free stores written on the guide book to receive after sales service. Please bring the warranty card with the item to request for the service or receive it for free(only for size adjustment). 

    ★ Please note that you will be able to find stores that provide after sales services in your guide book enclosed with the warranty card.

    Requesting an after sales will not be accepted except for those stores. In addition, please bring the warranty card with you when you visit stores.

This is not regarded as a product defect, and batteries can be replaced , free of charge within warranty period. Please bring the warranty card when you make a visit to the store where you purchased the item or officially designated customer service center. 

    Repair service for the items that have exceeded the warranty period will normally take 3 to 4 weeks, and the period may differ depending on the situation. It may take longer than 3 months depending on the existence and nonexistence of the consumables.
