Caution 1. If natural leather comes in contact with water, fragrances and lotions, contaminations or discolorations, and skin troubles may occur.
2. If the metal band is used for long period time, sweat and dust can cause black water.
3. Avoid wearing the watch when performing sports such as golf, tennis, baseball, and more or motions that require excessive strength. (It may cause watch damage or time difference)
4. Keeping the watch in places where the temperature(humidity) is extremely high or low for a long period of time can cause product damage and may rapidly deplete the battery.
5. Avoid having the watch come in direct contact with water or rain, and be cautious when washing hands (Tap water pressure is 5 ATM and water may come in through the backside of the watch)
6. Be cautious when using the white stainless steel/ leather band for there is a possibility of contamination or smudginess that may come from clothes etc. (Skin troubles or discoloring might occur if the item comes in contact with water, perfume, lotion, or other chemicals)
7. Stainless bands may get contaminated by sweat and dirt between each node and black water may appear. (It is recommended to clean the product once a year)
8. Please be cautious of the product becoming discolored from excessive heat, soap, cosmetics, salt water, sweat, etc.
9. Wipe with soft cloths when the item becomes dirty. The item may become deformed when kept under direct sunlight for a long period of time.
10. There are no extra stainless steel/ leather band nodes for sale. It must be replaced with a new strap.

    Please visit the corresponding department stores or duty-free stores written on the guide book to receive after sales service. Please bring the warranty card with the item to request for the service or receive it for free(only for size adjustment). 

    ★ Please note that you will be able to find stores that provide after sales services in your guide book enclosed with the warranty card.

    Requesting an after sales will not be accepted except for those stores. In addition, please bring the warranty card with you when you visit stores.

    If you are not able to make a visit to stores, please contact the customer center to request it via courier.

    ★As battery life is depending on the manufacturing date, the batteries can be easily discharged. This is not regarded as a product defect, and batteries can be replaced , free of charge within warranty period. Please bring the warranty card when you make a visit to the store where you purchased the item or officially designated customer service center. 

    Repair service for the items that have exceeded the warranty period will normally take 3 to 4 weeks, and the period may differ depending on the situation. It may take longer than 3 months depending on the existence and nonexistence of the consumables.
