Quality Assurance Standard A/S will be done according to the following regulations.
1. Sunglasses are classified as an easily damaged accessory. We do not provide any warranty period for the product. All defects or damages after delivery will be charged for A/S. (Delivery fees, etc.)
2. The product you have purchased has cleared customs as a duty-free product. Therefore exchanges or refunds cannot be eligible except in the case of product defects before delivery.
3. Damages and variations that has occurred during intentional repairs, remodeling, or alterations by the customer cannot be eligible for A/S.
4. Breakages and damages caused by customer’s mishandlings are not accepted for AS.* Please make sure to check the Item after you have received it.
5. AS might be impossible according to the degree of the damages, and the repair period depends on the usable period of consumable parts.
6. Usually, an item is discontinued approximately every year. An item that has been discontinued or has passed 1 year is not allowed to register for AS.
7. Please register for AS services at Jackey Trading, and inquire the exchanges /refunds at the purchased store.
8. The screws are not fixed so it can become loose. Please tighten them frequently and this is not a defect.

    01. As sunglasses are very fragile that may get broken during delivery or even after opening the box,

    please immediately inquire to the staff at the pick-up counter for returning an item for a refund if you change your mind or if you notice product defect(s).

    02. Please note that the product will be kept intact in the warehouse.

    The item will be shipped out without confirmation of our staff.

    03. When you purchase the item at the Shilla Duty-Free online shop, goods purchase statement may replace a warranty.

    04. For product defect(s) found at the pick-up counter, exchanges are subject to availability of stock. In case the product is out of stock, refunds will be made.

    05. Please note that exchanges or refunds will not be made if the gift which was given to you with your purchase, or the case has been lost or damaged.

    06. Please note that the actual color may differ from the image shown, due to the differences in monitor resolution, camera light and others. This will not be regarded as a product defect. .

Repairs Service

    * Goods for Customer Repair Service Customers can get Customer Repair Service for all goods purchased at Shilla Duty-Free Shop and a warranty is needed for it(an exchange ticket(coupon), a receipt, passport number are also needed.). Customer caused-defects in the product(crystal fell out over time, O-ring fell out, broken chain, etc.) are repaired with a customer's expense(each crystal will charge fees), and re-plating gold price will varies depending on designs. * Free Customer Warranty Service Period - There is no free charge of warranty service period. * Goods to be excluded from a free customer service or goods impossible to be put into service. - In some cases, if the plating has been peeled off, it may not be possible for cleaning its material properties. Enquiry Repair/warranty Service: 02-2230-3773 If a customer lost a warranty card, an exchange ticket(coupon), a receipt (issued both at Shilla Duty-Free Shop PANDORA), or passport number can be used for a customer service.
