The Michel Herbelin story began in 1947 in Charquemont, France in the heart of the Jura mountains - the home of watchmaking since the 18th century. Michel Herbelin founded his watch company in 1947 combining the principles of high quality watch making and technical reliability with elegance and good design. After World War 2, he decided to adapt a new marketing approach by developing the creativity of the brand and proposing to position their high quality watches in the mid to upper section of the market. From 1947 to 1965, Michel Herblin made timepieces perusing the perfection of quality and started to gain the reputation as a master of mechanical timepieces. With the appearance of the company's logo in 1965, the Herbelin name became a well-known brand. Over 60 years, Michel Herbelin kept their values of sophisticated techniques, creativity and customer-friendly service.

※ Avoid to wear a watch during excessive sports exercise and activities such as golf, tennis, and baseball. Strong impact may cause errors and machine failure due to the strong impact.
※ Leaving the watch in too high or too low place can cause a machine failure and shorten the battery life.
※ It is not recommended to wear the item in areas where it can come in direct contact with water, including when washing your hand or even its raining. ( Water might get inside via the stem of a watch or a case bag as the pressure of running water may exceed 5 apm)
※ There might be a contamination on the Stainless Steel / Leather Band with light colors and Rubber Bands through clothes even in a short period of time. (Chemical Contact with water, perfumes, and creams can cause discoloration, contamination, and skin irritation)
※ For Stainless Steel Bands, dark water might be created by sweats and dusts while wearing it. (We recommend you clean it once a year)
※ Please be cautious that it can have discoloration or bleaching from strong heat, soap, cosmetics, salinity, and sweat.
※ If impurities get on the product, clean it with cloth. Exposure to the direct sunlight can cause discoloration.
※ Stainless steel and leather bands are not for sale separately. You have to change the entire watch band.

Quality Assurance Standard A free-customer service : A customer can have a free-customer service for 2 years(it may differ depending on the brand) from the date of purchase, in case of the product confirmed as target of a free-customer service( in case of defective merchandise, or batteries) and purchased at the stores run by Woorim FMG.
Goods out of a free customer service : Replacement of consumables such as plating, parts (band, glass, buckle, the stem of a watch , case, movement) and damage caused by customer's negligence are not covered under warranty.

    - Please note that due to the characteristics of the duty-free items, we do not provide gift-wrap service and a shopping bag.

    - Please read the WATCH GUIDE BOOK, and bring the warranty card when you visit the service center.

    ★ Please note that adjusting the size or length of a watch band before you receive an item is not possible. We do not provide services for the size adjustment at the stores in the airport. 

    Please visit the corresponding department stores or duty-free stores written on the guide book to receive after sales service. Please bring the warranty card with the item to request for the service or receive it for free(only for size adjustment). 

    ★ Please note that you will be able to find stores that provide after sales services in your guide book enclosed with the warranty card.

    Requesting an after sales will not be accepted except for those stores. In addition, please bring the warranty card with you when you visit stores.

    If you are not able to make a visit to stores, please contact the customer center to request it via courier.

    ★As battery life is depending on the manufacturing date, the batteries can be easily discharged. This is not regarded as a product defect, and batteries can be replaced , free of charge within warranty period. Please bring the warranty card when you make a visit to the store where you purchased the item or officially designated customer service center. 

    Repair service for the items that have exceeded the warranty period will normally take 3 to 4 weeks, and the period may differ depending on the situation. It may take longer than 3 months depending on the existence and nonexistence of the consumables.
