Caution 1. Gift wrapping will be done when you comment on on payment page customer request It is hard to confirm if request is written on Q&A or Product Review. Ribbons are not provided. Wrapping service is not provided for bags and refill products.
2.Engraving is not provided at duty free stores. After pickup, the service is available from department store Montblanc BTQs upon showing of warranty certificate. Limited to engravable products, about KRW38,000 will be charged for leather products and about KRW27,000 for pens. It will take 2~3 weeks, but please call first since the period differs for each BTQ.
3.All Montblanc leathers are from Italy, but the country of origin varies(Italy,Germany,Spain) depending on where it is finished. Selecting the country of origin is impossible and products are randomly shipped.

◎Inquiries on exchanges/returns of duty free goods are available only at the purchased store, not at the department store BTQ.

 ◎The following services from the department store BTQ are not provided.

- Belt cutting/Gift wrapping
- Engraving and sealing are provided at a cost.

※Engraving service can be done at a cost if you bring the product and warranty certificate to the department store. Note that some products cannot be engraved.
※Glazing on leather products may come off or crack due to friction or when in contact with humidity/contaminants during use.
※This is not covered by warranty and Montblanc does not provide additional glazing service.

1. All Montblanc products are made of genuine leather. Small scratches, leather texture or slight color difference are unique features of genuine leather, and are not considered as product defects.
 To preserve the beauty of genuine leather, Montblanc leather goods are minimally dyed and not waterproofed or processed. Keep away from moisture(rain,water,sweat,perfume,etc.), oil, humidity (during summer, etc.), and direct sunlight when using/storing. Contact with rain or water may cause stains or leather part may deform(ex.Swelling). In this case, immediately pat with a cloth and remove moisture to minimize damage. Deformed leather due to moisture will not be repaired.
2. All Montblanc briefcases cannot be used as laptop bags. Refrain from carrying heavy objects as the connecting area may get damaged.

    *If you do not have a receipt for tax payment, the warranty is not available. (Complying with the laws of the Customs Notice)
