Swarovski offers 1 year warranty period for its products and 2 year warranty period for watches (as of October 5th, 2015).
1. In order to receive repair services within the warranty period, you need to present your warranty certificate / card receipt with the official dealer, date of purchase of product number filled in from the purchased store.
2. You will not be entitled to any warranty benefits if you request repairs at third parties or stores other than Swarovski.
3. Repair costs will incur for replacing posts of 18K earrings and repairs that require soldering regardless of the warranty period.
4. Repair services are not offered for jewelries with whole crystal or crystal stones with diameter greater than 1cm.
5. Please be advised that only the gemstones that have been glued are repairable – set stones cannot be repaired.
6. Posts of fish hook earrings cannot be repaired.
7. Please take caution when using as purchased product services are not available for ballpoint pens, men’s accessories, bag charms and other accessories.
8. Warranty services are not available:
1) When parts required for repairs are not available. (eg. Discontinued product that has been launched more than 3 years ago).
2) For men’s accessories, hair accessories, key rings, ballpoint pens, and products made with leather or Alcantara.
3) Malfunction or damages caused by abuse, misuse or mishandling.
*Exchanges/Refunds
1. Exchanges or refunds will not be made for discoloration caused by mishandling or any natural discolorations.
2. Any damages caused by customer’s negligence are not an accepted reason for exchange, return, refund or product.
3. Any exchanges or returns due to customer’s change of mind will not be accepted without product box and any additional components fully intact.
4. Please check for any product defects at the pickup area. If there are any defects, please alert the Swarovski store. Swarovski will not be responsible for any product defects that have been found later.

    - Caution is required as allergic reactions may arise depending on individuals as Swarovski jewelries are plated products. - Product exchanges and color changing are not available after receiving the product. - Note, in the case of rings/bracelets, size adjustments and exchange is not available after the products have been received. It is recommended to try them out at the store before purchasing the product. - Watch strap repairs are not available at the Airport Store for the watches bought outside of the airport (shops in the city, etc.) (Metal watch strap size adjustments). - Some accessories and ballpoint pens do not come with a package or case. - In the case of gifts, shopping bags will be provided when requested in the Customer Request link - Crystals and metals are fragile to humidity and moisture. Discolorations or crystals falling off may occur from sudden temperature changes or direct water (tap water, baths, saunas, swimming, sea water), humidity, sweat, perfumes and cosmetics. Avoid direct contact with water. Not only does this damage the product put shortens the lifespan of the plating and be the cause of discolorations or make the polish in crystals to disappear. - Metal and crystal settings’ polish may disappear when the surface is scratched from impacts of hard objects. Damages may occur from clothes depending on the setting of the crystal stone. - Store your jewelry in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches. - Polish your jewelry frequently with a soft cloth to maintain its original, lustrous finish. - Put on jewelry last when dressing and take off first when undressing. - Avoid contact with water. - Remove jewelry before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying products (e.g., perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discoloration and loss of crystal brilliance. - Polish your product carefully with a soft, lint free cloth or clean it by hand with lukewarm water. Do not soak your crystal products in water. - Dry with a soft, lint free cloth to maximize brilliance. - Avoid contact with harsh, abrasive materials and glass/window cleaners. - When handling your crystal, it is advisable to wear cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints. - Avoid contact with water. Fashion watches are only for daily water-resistance, and excessive temperature changes or external environments such as cosmetics, perfume, etc., may cause discoloration. - For products with crystal stone setting, stones may come off due to moisture/sweat/perfume/cosmetics, etc. - Placing your watch near devices generating strong magnetic fields may cause time difference and malfunction of the watch, and shorten the battery life. - Avoid any impact that might damage your watch or affect its running. - Watch bands are not eligible for repairs as they are expendables. Band exchange is not available for all watch products. * Expendable Parts: Watch strap (leather, metal), watch case, glass, stem, buckle, number dial, etc. - Battery life is consumed from the point of manufacture and not from the date of purchase; therefore watches may stop right after purchase. This is not a product defect and batteries can be exchanged once free within the warranty period. - Exchanges and Refunds are not available not only if the product is worn, but also if scratched before wearing or band adjustment is made upon delivery.

     <Cautions when purchasing a product>

    - Please be aware that Swarovski Jewelries are plated products which could cause allergic reaction on individuals depending on their skin condition.

    - Exchanging the product or color is not possible after receiving the product.

    - Adjusting size or exchanging to different size is not possible in care of ring or bracelets after receiving it. Please keep this in mind before purchasing and we advise you to try it in stores before purchasing it.

    - Adjusting watch band length is not possible at the Duty-Free shop for the products bought outside the airport (Adjusting metal watch band size possible)

    - Certain accessories and ballpoint pens do not have case.- Certain accessories and ballpoint pens do not have case.

    - If you are buying it as a gift, leave a note and we will prepare a shopping bag.


    <Cautions for treating Fashion Jewelries> 

    - Crystal and metal are weak to humidity. It could discolor or make the crystal to fall out when exposed to water, humidity, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, and excessive change of temperature. Do not get it directly in contact with water. This will not only harm the product but shorten the life of plated products and discolor them, making them lose their radiance.

    - The metal and crystal could get scratched when hit or touched by hard objects which could even cause it loose its radiance. Also, depending on the clothes you wear, it could leave damage on the product.

    - To prevent the products getting scratches, store the product in its care or soft pouch.

    - Wipe the product frequently with soft cloth to maintain its radiance.

    - Wear jewelry after you wear all the clothes. Take off jewelry before taking off any other clothes.

    - Keep the crystal away from water.

    - Keep it away from any hard objects that could leave scratches on the item.


    <Cautions for the Crystal Creation (Living, Decoration)>

    - Wipe the product with soft cloths or wash it with warm water. (do not dip it into the water)

    - Use soft cloth to keep it radiant.

    - Do not use rough cloth or abrasives that could harm the item.

    - Wear cotton gloves when you touch the product to prevent it from getting finger prints.


    <Cautions for watches>

    - Keep it away from water. Fashion watches are only water resistant. It could discolor due to excessive change in temperature or gets contacted by cosmetics, perfumes, and etc.

    - Crystal could fall off from its place due to humidity, sweat, perfume, cosmetic products, and etc.

    - Magnetic fields from computer, mobile phone, magnetic locks, and etc. is the cause of the malfunctioning of the watch and could shorten the life span of battery.

    - Watch is made of several small parts which are weak to external shocks. Smashing it or dropping it could break the product.

    - Watch bands are not possible to be repaired. Not every band for every watch are possible to be exchanged.

    Expendables: watch strap(leather, metal), watch case, glass, stem, buckle, dial, etc.

    - Battery’s usage period is not counted from the date of purchase, but from the date of manufacture. The watch could stop right after purchasing it. This is not product defect. Exchanging battery within the warranty period is free for once.

    - It is not possible to refund or exchange the product if the watch got scratched or the band has been adjusted before or after wearing the product.
