You can collect purchased product on the departing day at the pick-up area in each departure area by presenting your passport and flight ticket as personal identification.
02 Cautions for collecting product
Your purchased duty free items can only be collected from pick-up area in departure area at the time of departure, and cannot be collected after entering country.
Collect items 1-2 hours before departure.
When collecting items, check the quantity and item name of purchased goods and sign in the pick-up field.
In case of problem, immediately notify staff at the pick-up area.
The Shilla Duty Free shall not be responsible for goods after departure.
When purchased at Shilla internet duty free, please print out and present exchange voucher.
Products purchased at domestic duty free shop can only be collected from the bonded areas (departure, airport, port) during departure.
03 Guide to processing uncollected products
Collection is unavailable when entering, and if needed, the goods can be collected when departing again or refunded after returning to country.
Products not collected at the pick-up area of airport shall be stored for 10 days. after it is shipped to the branch, and after 10 days, sales shall be cancelled based on customs regulations.
04 Directions to pick-up area

4th floor across the pedestrian overpass after taking escalator beside the gate 252 for Korean Air(KE), Air France(AF), KLM Royal Dutch Airlines(KL), Delta Air Lines(DL).
If you pass the departure inspection stand on the third floor, you will find the Shilla Duty Free Liquor&Tobacco.Go straight along the left-hand liquor&cigarette counter and you'll find in front of number 34 Gate.
After entering the departure hall on the 3rd floor, checking the immigration, and passing through the duty free shop, it is located on the left side of the escalator for boarding gate.
